A friend and a service technician told me about Charleston Locksmith and I can you they saved me a lot of money. The employees at Charleston Locksmith are very professional and after reading about the company they have been in the business for a very long time. This is the one of the best kelp secrets and very happy about the service. Two of the employees heard that I was former military and had discounts toward replacement the fob. Lisa thank you I'm very happy. The price that Nissan was going to charge $150.00 for a diagnosis and to replace it $300.00 for a total of $450.00. Charleston Locksmith for two key fobs $466.00 and one was cut for free. I would say this to anyone don't go to the dealerships as they will over charge you. Thank you Charleston Locksmith I appreciate it and will spread the word.

Want to get absolutely taken advantage of? Call this company. Had my 3 year old lock my 1 year old in the car. Called pop-a-lock who offers the service for free. They were over an hour away. So then I called these guys. Obviously, I expected to pay $50-$100 dollars seeing as they’d have to come out to my home in a timely manner, but no, I paid $280 for them to use a kit you can purchase on Amazon for $30. All this after being quoted $140 on the phone. Talk about taking advantage of a mom who’s overwhelmed and just trying to get to her baby. Cannot believe these people are charging these prices. If you can help it, I highly recommend using anyone else. This should have been free!

We had a GMC key we needed laser cut and programmed. Alicia was the best, she got us in quickly and got us out quickly, all while making sure the job was done right. Excellent customer service. Our first visit was to get fob/keys made for our RV we lost. We went to the dealership first and they recommended Charleston Locksmith stating they would have the key fob and the price would be half the cost the dealership charges. They were correct on both, we didn’t have to wait 3 weeks for the key fob from the dealer and it was much cheaper. If you need replacement keys I highly recommend Charleston Locksmith on SavannahHwy.

OMG give Alicia a raise. i bought a car and lost the keys the very same day. I had called 5 places said they would have a tech reach out to me none of them but 1 did wanted nearly 500 to come out and rekey my car . Thanks to Alicia based on her knowledge she provided me with a very much affordable way to go about it. She didnt have to she went above and behond to help me and took the time to here me out and my situstion of getting the new car. Took care of my problem i had basically tried all day to get someone to come out in about 20 min she had me taken care of. Awsome locksmith service great helpful personalatys not the type place to just charge as much as they can because we have no choice. Recomend any day Charleston Locksmith over any. My key was stuck in my ignition and they were able to replace my ignition cylinder as well as a new key programed and all!They went above and beyond for me when NO other locksmith in the Charleston area would. One of your technicians recently came out to my rental property. I asked repeatedly for the cheapest option to not allow my prior tenant to be able to access the property. He told me $55 for a Rekey, 2 locks, and then proceeded to invoice me for $479 claiming that’s what I asked for….replacing them, when a whole lock kit costs $50. I paid the invoice but I have a witness in the car that heard exactly what I said. I feel that I was taking advantage of being remote. My property manager was also told the same price $55 for rekey. Make sure you ask for an invoice ahead!

My key fob has stopped working. I called Charleston locksmith to see if they could help me with it. I was told if I come into the shop they can help me right on the spot when I got there I was greeted as soon as I walked in.Alicia was at the counter. She answered all of my questions and explained the process of getting a new key and any alternatives. Once I had enough information, I decided to get the key rekeyed. She then told me I could relax on the inside while she went on the outside and re-keyed my truck.It was extremely hot outside, but there lobby area is very extremely pleasant. They have water and coffee available and the air feels great.It took maybe 10 minutes total and I was done. I truly appreciate the great customer service and friendliness of the staff.Even though they share the parking lot with Saint Francis, I feel that the parking is sufficient. Accessible parking and entrance is available.The lobby is kid friendly .

He spent hours drilling out the old and putting in the new. All with being so personable.
